Kate Moore McGrath Takes New Role at Texas Automobile Dealers Association

The TADA has recently announced that Kate Moore McGrath will join its staff as Director of Legislative Affairs.

In a recent press release:

The Texas Automobile Dealers Association (TADA) announced today that Kate McGrath will join the Association as Director of Legislative Affairs. Kate joins TADA after serving as Policy Director for Lt Governor Dan Patrick for nearly three years and in the Office of the Governor for the six years prior. In addition to her work with then-Governor Perry and Lt Governor Patrick, Kate has extensive experience working in the Texas House and Senate.

“TADA represents more than 1,300 Texas franchised dealerships with more than 100,000 employees. These dealers build businesses and invest in their communities every day. As the complexities and challenges of our industry evolve we are so pleased to add such a strong policy leader to our executive team. Kate brings extensive experience at every level of the Texas political arena and she will be a strong advocate for our dealers.” Said Bill Wolters, President of the Texas Automobile Dealers Association.

I am pleased to take the best practices learned over my sixteen-year career in state public policy arenas and apply these lessons to furthering the mission of the Texas Automobile Dealers Association.
